It's sad that we don't have a magical potion to cure stress but we do have some recipes that may make your day just a bit better, or we could all watch Harry Potter.

1. Stress Ball

You'll need cornstarch or cornflour and balloons to make this exciting, squeeze-y toy.

2. Mindfullness Jar

For this activity, all you will need is a jar (with a lid), glitter, and water. You can also add some dye to the water if you want to take it a step further. After you've finished, just shake and enjoy watching the glitter swirl around.

3. Lava Lamp Pen

To do this you will need a pen with a clear case, some clay or hot glue, oil, and dye. Add some fun to your school life with this relaxing and entertaining pen.

4. Punching Bag

Want to let out your frustrations but can't afford the real thing? Check out this video on how to build your own in under 15 minutes!

5. Anti-Anxiety Toy

Have some keyring, links, or rubber bands laying around? This is the perfect toy if you need to calm down, take your mind off of things, or have ADHD.

6. No-Sew Blanket

Who doesn't like to snuggle up, cuddle, or be swaddled in warmth? Check out the full set of instructions here.

7. Inspirational Board

Make a board of your favorite things, quotes that inspire you, trips you want to take, lists of your achievements, or complements you have received. You can make the board out of whatever you have lying around.

8. Make-It-Better Box

These Make-it-better boxes are for your moments of crisis when you need instant comfort or something to make you feel better when you are down. Fill them with what offers you comfort and calm like photographs, matchbooks, rocks, seashells, memorabilia, jewelry, buttons, postcards, etc.

9. Bath Bomb

Soothe and wash your worries away with some bath bombs. You'll need baking soda, citric acid, epsom salt, essential oil, water, coconut oil, and food coloring.

10. Nebula

Enjoy staring at this beautiful galaxy once you've gotten the items you need: jar(s), either cotton balls or diapers, dye or paint, glitter, and water.
